Many Americans do not have access to basic medical care. The Montgomery County Community Clinic (MC3) is a nonprofit primary health care clinic committed to increasing health care access to those in need in our community.
Anyone who is uninsured or underserved in the Montgomery County area is welcome to come to MC3. The clinic is located at 900 W. Myrtle, Suite 105 in Independence, KS, or 1411 W 4th St, Coffeyville Regional Medical Center Buckey Entrance, Coffeyville, KS.

Fees for a visit are discounted based on personal income. The discount, called a sliding scale, follows the Federal Guidelines which are published once a year.
Other costs for which the individual is responsible are held as low as possible. For example, prescriptions are written from the $4 drug list when appropriate. In addition, donated funds are used to help pay for most blood work, office procedures, and medications administered from clinic stock.
Two Identification cards are required at the first visit (social security card and drivers’ license are best).Everyone must provide income information and the number of people living in the household.
